 osEJDON" conference. The event will gather representatives of state instit
 utions and key companies\, which are mainly responsible for the constructi
 on of the first Polish nuclear power plant in AP1000 technology. This is a
  unique opportunity for students and enthusiasts of science to learn first
 hand what the carbon-free future of our country will look like!\n\n22 Octo
 ber 2026. The posEJdON 2.0 conference\, dedicated to the future of nuclear
  power in Poland\, modern technologies and opportunities for professional 
 development in the industry\, will be held in the Hall of the Main Buildin
 g of Gdańsk University of Technology.\n\nThe event will begin at 9:30 hou
 r with the opening ceremony with the authorities of Gdańsk University of 
 Technology. The conference programme includes four thematic blocks.\n\nThe
  first one – "Poland nuclear energy: where are we and where are we going
 ? “ – will focus on national nuclear energy development strategy and n
 ext stages of implementation of the Polish Nuclear Energy Programme. An im
 portant point will be the intergenerational debate with representatives of
  companies involved in the implementation of the AP1000 project and studen
 t science circles.\n\nIn the next part participants will learn about moder
 n nuclear technologies\, including the potential of small SMR modular reac
 tors\, solutions used in AP1000 generation III+ reactors\, and innovative 
 heat transfer systems developed in Pomerania. The “CARIERA” module was
  also planned to focus on the opportunities for entry into the industry an
 d professional development.\n\nThe third block will focus on the experienc
 e of the nuclear sector\, including knowledge gained during the implementa
 tion of more than 150 projects in the world and examples of the presence o
